I know we are all going to be running around like mad in the next few weeks, catching up on all we have to do for Christmas!
However, should you get a moment when you want to make a break for freedom and gain some clarity then why not head over to The Gallery Upstairs at Upton Country Park in Poole to browse some lovely art.
Hosted by Dorset 2020 Art Society, this lovely winter exhibition welcomes 30 talented local artists and displays a selection of paintings and greetings cards for sale. All to help raise funds for The Leaf Charity, a local charity that helps support blood cancer patients locally.
Four of my paintings will be on display and I will be stewarding on the 9th and 17th December. Open every day from 10am until 3pm, running 4th - 20th December.
All Covid safety measures will be in place, you can enjoy a coffee from The Tea Rooms and take in some fresh winter air around the beautiful grounds.
On another note, I had been hoping to take part in Walford Mill's Christmas Market on the 4th December. However, sadly, I won't be attending as I have felt a little overwhelmed with things lately. I, like many others, have found this year rather challenging and I know that I need to stand back, take a little time and lose myself in my studio for several months. My creativity and confidence need some solitude and self care over the winter so that I can be on top form for 2021. I look forward to unfurling along with nature in the Spring!
Wishing you all the very best, Tina x
